Commercial Partnerships Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a resourceful, action-oriented Commercial Partnerships Lead, based in Dubai, to drive the growth of our strategic international partner network. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) — ideal for someone who thrives in building relationships from the ground up, navigating complex markets, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a partner acquisition and relationship strategy
  2. Identify, onboard, and manage external partners including fund distributors, family offices, and wealth intermediaries
  3. Build and maintain long-term relationships that directly contribute to AUM growth
  4. Act as the key contact for partners, providing product information, market insights, and ongoing support
  5. Lead co-marketing efforts, investor engagement events, and regional visibility initiatives
  6. Share on-the-ground insights and commercial feedback with the CCO and executive team
  7. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and coordinate cross-departmental communication to keep all stakeholders aligned with project goals.
  8. Maintain and build strong relationships with clients and partners
  9. Propose new methods or strategies to enhance client engagement and conversion

Requirements

  1. 3–5 years of experience in sales or client relationship roles within fund distribution, private wealth, or asset management in the financial industry or a related sector
  2. Solid understanding of financial products, services, and client expectations in a professional finance environment
  3. Proven track record of developing intermediary networks or institutional relationships
  4. Strong working knowledge of AIFs, cross-border fund structures, and alternative investments
  5. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and build initiatives from the ground up
  6. Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems such as Pipedrive
  8. Collaborative team player with a dynamic and proactive mindset
